CARMN Guide to Central Alberta Museums and Educational Programs

Welcome to the online Guide to Central Alberta Museums and Education Programs for 2001. At the Central Alberta Regional Museums Network, our goal is to make all of the collections listed within this guide more accessible to educators as well as the general public. We hope that educators will be able to enhance their teaching efforts by taking advantage of resources offered by the member museums within CARMN, and that the general public may be made more aware of the rich resources available at their very doorstep. Students working on research projects about Alberta's human and natural history should find this publication a valuable tool as well.

Please share this Guide with friends, students, educators -- anyone you think might take an interest in the historical resources to be found in Central Alberta.  For more information, or to become involved in the preservation of our heritage, contact the museum or Historical Society nearest you.
