Public Education

The area of Public Education is potentially a huge area of programming for the Heritage Community Foundation that will move us beyond the creation of digital content to becoming a vehicle for not only formal but also informal learning. The Government of Alberta’s Campus Alberta Vision is as follows:

Albertans will have opportunity to participate in lifelong learning supported by a learning system in which learning providers collaborate to deliver quality and innovative learning opportunities—where and when Albertans need them—to enhance their social, cultural, and economic well-being.

It is clear that all website development projects directly support this vision and these activities are entrenched in the Foundation’s Strategic and Business Plans.
