Banff and Canmore Crowsnest Pass Drumheller Valley Elk Valley Lethbridge Mine Listings

This database is a compliation of mines taken from Ernest Hlady's The Valley of the Dinosaurs : Its Families and Coal Mines (East Coulee, Alberta, East Coulee Community Association, 1988) and Alex Johnston, Keith G. Gladwyn and L. Gregory Ellis' Lethbridge: Its Coal Industry (Lethbridge, Lethbridge: City of Lethbridge, 1989). As such, it only comprises mines from those two areas (Drumheller and Lethbridge). In future project phases, other mining regions will be added.
