Alberta's Petroleum Edukit

The Heritage Edukits section contains heritagerelated teaching and learning materials based on historical events, experiences and realities. This resource uses documents, photographs, oral histories, artifacts, historic events and sites as a way of nourishing a sense of connectedness with historical and cultural experiences.

Edukit materials include lesson plans, units of study, activities, timelines, and WebQuests based on the Alberta programs of study. The content featured online has been developed with and for teachers and students.

Alberta's Petroleum EdukitThis online resource is designed to help learners find out about Alberta's rich petroleum heritage. It features teaching units, stories, historical photographs, audio clips, a WebQuest and related documents that show how the present has built on what has happened in the past.
