The People section introduces you
to the culture of CKUA: its people, its listeners, and its unique place in
the fabric of the world of broadcasting.
Here, you will see the faces of CKUA broadcasting past and present, as
well as the tenacity of its listeners who in the past decade, have fought
for its sustained existence.
Some liken CKUA to the province of Alberta itself: only the scrappy
settler could find sustenance here, and only CKUA could take so many
chances throughout its 75-year history and still maintain its cutting-edge
integrity.
