The Atlas Coal Mine National Historic Site is one of the most complete coal mining museums in Canada. Tours and educational programs make a visit to this historical attraction fun and fascinating.

We are located near the community of East Coulee, in Drumheller, Alberta…the heart of the Canadian Badlands.

This Alberta coal mining museum is growing. Every year, there are more things to see and do.

If you are bringing a class to Drumheller for a school field trip, book a tour at the Atlas Coal Mine. The students will have fun while learning.
