In this section, students will find historical photographs depicting the Boreal Forest region, its traditions, and its people. Students will also have an opportunity to listen to audio clips about the region and to view video clips of an oral history with Terry Garvin, author of Carving Faces, Carving Lives: People of the Boreal Forest.

    Students have an opportunity to listen to various accounts of life in the Boreal Forest with a particular emphasis on forest habitat, trading and historical places in Alberta.
