Charles Borromée Rouleau

Charles Borromée Rouleau Charles Borromée Rouleau was a lawyer and judge. He became a judge for the Northwest Territories in 1887. His early life and career was in Quebec and Ottawa. While in Northern Alberta, Rouleau worked alongside Father Lacombe on school matters. He had special interest in keeping the Catholic and French status in schools. Roleau had a difficult time during the 1885 Rebellion, but he stayed as judge.
