Biographies » Sam Donaghey
Sam Donaghey is a retired police sergeant who became a police historian.
In 1966, while helping to move files, Donaghey discovered a news
clipping about Decoteau in the bottom of a file drawer. He was
one of the first people to research and write about Alex Decoteau's sports
achievements and
personal life story. Donaghey is responsible for introducing the Alex Decoteau
story to the public.
