Alberta’s heritage endeavours are a combination of
revealing and preserving formal and informal stories,
artifacts, history, settlement, and the diverse the cultural
layers of that make up our province. Museums, heritage
sites, historic societies and Alberta’s famous Heritage
Days, which uses 6000 volunteers to stage this three-day
event, contribute to making Alberta’s heritage and history
compelling and meaningful.
