Bain

Established in 1922 by the Canadian Pacific Railway, the locality of Bain was named for James Bain, a section foreman. Bain was decorated twice during World War I with the Distinguished Conduct Medal and the Military Medal.

Approximately 83 km south of Medicine Hat.
