Paul-Émile Breton

Paul- Émile Breton est né à Saint-Hyacinthe au Québec. A la sortie du collège, il fait ses études en pharmacologie à l'Université de Montréal, puis il entre au noviciat des Oblats en 1926 et il est ordonné prêtre en 1929. Il a exercé son sacerdoce à Ottawa et surtout au Québec.

En 1939, il se rend dans l'Ouest et fonde la station de radio CHFA. Il fut aussi rédacteur du journal francophone d'Edmonton, La Survivance.

Breton est mort à Edmonton. Il est enterré à Saint-Albert.
