The Kazan Upland Climate
Very little climatic data is available for the Kazan Upland. The climate generally is cool and subhumid with warm, dry summers and cold winters. The mean May through September temperatures
sit at around 12 degrees Celsius. Annual precipitation figures average about 320 millimetres with the May through September precipitation at about 175 millimetres. July and October are the wettest months and winds are generally light and from the east.
