Castor and District Museum

The Castor and District Museum is located at 5101 – 49 Avenue in Castor. The collection at the museum includes articles representing many aspects of life in the surrounding district from the late 1800’s to the present. There are farming, ranching, mining, and many business representations, a clothing room featuring war uniforms, old farm machinery, a 1917 Ford Model T, and a refurbished rural school. Life in church, school, and home is also depicted. The museum celebrates Winter Fest and other special events throughout the year.

Hours and Admission:
Year-round
Weekends, 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Also open by appointment
