Alberta Aviation Museum

Alberta Aviation Museum LogoThe Alberta Aviation Museum Association has been one this project’s most valuable resources. Many of the staff and volunteers at the Museum made themselves available to help us out of tough spots in our information gathering process. The Foundation would especially like to thank Alberta Aviation Museum Association President Neal Findlay, Mr. Bob Bussey, Mr. Bill Cottrell, and librarians Mr. and Mrs. Pink.

The museum itself is home to 27 historical aircraft which are on display, with more aircraft currently being restored (the restoration room is even open to the public). It also has 40 display cabinets, containing some of the medals, uniforms and documents that can be seen on this website. The museum is located at 11410 Kingsway Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta.
