Cairn at the mass grave, the Plaque reads:
This commemorative plaque is dedicated to the Beaver or Dunne-Za (Tsa-Dene or Dene-Tha) Indians who lived in the Fairview area. This registered Beaver Indian Reserve Cemetery contains the graves of 28 Dunne-Za who died in the great flu epidemic of 1918. There are also a number of other unmarked grave sites scattered throughout the old Beaver Indian Reserve.
Dedicated by the town of Fairview, January, 1992.
