A hanger for trousers comprising in combination a central supporting member, and a trouser-cuff engaging component on each end of said member, said component including means to engage the inner sides of the cuffs of each leg of said trousers when the latter are in the inverted position, said components taking the form of U-shaped channels, said central supporting member nesting within said channels, the inner ends of the webs of said channel being curvilineally cut away, said means to adjust the effective width of said components including longitudinal slots formed in the webs of said channel, and bolts passing through said slots and through said central supporting member.
