Description: 1. A liquid dispensing device comprising:
(a) a casing including:
(i) a main portion defining a reservoir,
(ii) an upper portion having an opening through which liquid is introduced to said reservoir, and
(iii) a nozzle portion including perforations through which liquid is discharged from said reservoir, said upper and nozzle portions being disposed in a rest position of the device at levels higher than said reservoir;
(b) wheels rotatably mounted on said casing, the latter being pivotable about said wheels from the rest position in which said perforations are disposed at a higher level than said reservoir to a dispensing position in which said nozzle portion projects forwardly and downwardly relative to said reservoir, and in which said perforations are at a lower level than said reservoir for dispensing liquid on a surface forwardly of said device;
(c) a handle rigidly secured to said casing for pivoting the latter about said wheels; and
(d) a mop secured to said casing adjacent said perforations for spreading the liquid dispensed by said device, said mop moving down and up when said casing is pivoted from the rest to the dispensing position and back to the rest position.

(SD)2 The device of claim 1 wherein said mop is a chain mop.
(SD)3 The device of claim 1 including closure means for closing selected ones of the perforations in said nozzle portion.
