Claim.—1. In an instrument as described comprising a hollow nozzle forming a receptacle having an apertured end threadably engaged in a closure receptacle, a tubular conduit member likewise threadably engaged on said closure receptacle and suction means associated therewith.

2. In an instrument as described, comprising a hollow nozzle forming a receptacle having an apertured end threadably engaged in a closure receptacle, a tubular conduit member likewise threadably engaged on said closure receptacle, a collar attached to said tubular member having a pair of arms mounted thereon, one of said arms being hinged thereto and suction means associated with said arms.

3. In an instrument as described, comprising a hollow nozzle forming a receptacle having an apertured end threadably engaged in a closure receptacle, a tubular conduit member likewise threadably engaged on said closure receptacle, a collar attached to said tubular member having a pair of arms having finger loops mounted thereon, one said arms being hinged thereto, the other being in fixed relation to the collar, and a collapsible air chamber secured in an air tight manner to said collar and said arms to be collapsed or expanded thereby, substantially as set forth.
