HAMMER
Metal hammer, handle and head in one piece, corroded and rusty. Handle is turned over in S shape with metal ring through the top curve of the S.
HAMMER, SHOEMAKER'S
Handle has been wedged with nails and base is chipped. Several small headed nails are in the base. Marking is partially obscured.

Indian artifact: stone hammerhead, greyish brown in color, oblong shaped with a groove about 2 " from one end.

White linen handkerchief, has 4cm "E " monogram embroidered in one corner surrounded by roses. Pulled thread decoration on both sides.

hat
Gray wool Air force hat with ear flaps that can be either let down or kept up. Two buttons adorning front of hat that are brass and bear the RCAF logo.

Black felt hat with small rim rolled up in front has black satin ribbon across front of crown with a knot of black feathers high on left side and back of brim dips to a point. Grosgrain ribbon circles inside band. Label at back. Small white spot is on ribbon.

Hat has double front brim with flowers between and netting and ribbon on top.

Homemade Black satin hat with black velvet trim. Has 2 black velvet bows, black plume and 3 purple and white cloth violets and is 6 1/2 " x 7 1/2 " (16.6cm x 19.2cm). Has two 24 " x 3 1/2 " crepe ties for bonnet effect ( 60cm c 8.75cm). This bonnet was made by Mrs. Dunkley for a costume. The pattern was taken from a hat that she had worn when she was working as a nanny.

Homemade Black straw hat with black trim of grosgrain and crepe. Crepe bow, black plume and 2 dark purple velvety flowers with red centers. Two 26 " x 4 1/2 (65cm x 11.25cm) black crepe ties for bonnet effect. ( NOT ORIGINAL) This bonnet was made by Mrs. Kilpatrick for a costume.

6 1/2 " diameter felt magenta pill box hat. Has 12 " piece of felt froming a loop to hold hat aon back of head. Loop has 3 felt decorations. Probably homemade.

Dark green felt hat, 10 " diameter, with tam effect. Top has green velvet trim and 2 felt feathers. 12 " black elastic attached in loop to underside. Probably homemade.
