Description:
CLAIM

Having regard to the foregoing disclosure, the patent of which this specification forms part confers subject to the conditions prescribed in the Patent Act, 1935, the exclusive right, privilege and liberty of making, constructing, using and vending to others to be used, the invention as defined in claims submitted by the patentee as follows:-

1. A structure of the type described for a game, comprising flat elements having a thickness of material sufficient to withstand easy handling without bending, means to securely connect such elements together to form a completed structure by the adaptation of lugs on some of such elements to fit within slotted apertures in other of such elements, a rotatable target axially mounted within said completed structure, means to rotate said target by salt, sand or other dry flowing material falling into pockets circularly attached by lugs within slots to said target, a number of slotted passageways in said target for the passage of pellets shot at said target as a means of scoring points, said pellets being skillfully impelled by hand towards said target in an effort to make them pass through said target passageways.

2. A game comprising in combination structural flat elements cut, pressed or stamped to certain shapes to form by proper manipulation a substantial structure, lugs projecting from such elements; slotted apertures in such elements to receive said lugs as means of temporarily joining the various said elements together to form the structure, a rotable balanced circular target, an axle bearably supporting said target within said structure, a series of pockets or buckets attached circularly to one face of said target, an overhead hopper to receive and supply a regulated stream of granulated material to said pockets to rotate said target, a number of slots through said target at its periphery to permit pellets shot at said target to pass therebeyond as a result of skillful timing by the player, springable means to shoot said pellets by hand at said target when it is rotating, a runway to receive scoring pellets that must :pass through said slots in said target, a runway to receive non-scoring pellets as a result of striking said target, and a boot at the base of the structure to receive energy expended material after its gravitational progress through the device.
