Claim.—1. In a device of the class described, a pair of spring jaws having slots, a crossbar seated in the slots, and means on the crossbar for holding the jaws in separated position, said means being arranged to engage the jaws at opposite ends of the slots.

2. In a device of the class described, a pair of spring jaws having slots, a crossbar seated in the slots, means for preventing disengagement of the same, and shoulders formed on said crossbars for engaging the jaws above or below the slots whereby the crossbar may be released from the jaws by pushing or pulling upon the same.
