Hudson's Bay Company

Hudson's Bay Company, established in 1670, is Canada's largest department store retailer and oldest corporation. The Company provides Canadians with the widest selection of goods and services available through numerous retail channels including more than 500 stores led by the Bay and Zellers chains. They have recently gone online to make their products more accessible to Canadians.  Simply visit their website in order to purchase items such as traditional Hudson's Bay Company Point blankets!  Hudson's Bay Company employs 70,000 associates and has operations in every province in Canada.

We are pleased to have one of Canada's oldest retailers as a partner on this website.  Hudson's Bay Company played an integral role in the early fur trade and mission history of Canada and, as such, we value their contribution to this site.  Hudson's Bay Company provided us with several images that help to illustrate and 'bring to life' the story of the Methodist Missionaries in Alberta.
