Rex Hammill

Rex Hammill is a native born Calgarian who has worked in the real estate industry for many decades. Hammill, however, did not start his career in real estate. He was involved in other business ventures in the 1950s until a friend encouraged him to look into real estate and take courses with the Calgary Real Estate Board.

Eventually, Hammill purchased an existing company, Glenmore Realty Company Ltd., while taking evening courses at the University to become a broker. His company eventually branched into industrial lands and buildings, and specialized in commercial realty.

While being a REALTOR®, Hammill also married and had three children.
