Greg Houston

Greg Houston began his real estate career in 1972 at Bamlett Real Estate, a small company of 10 salesmen. He stayed there only until 1974, the year he made the Calgary Real Estate Board's Million Dollar Club. He then joined Amonex Realty Ltd. as a salesman and eventually manager, until he left the company in 1977.

Greg Houston founded his own company, Cosmic Realty Ltd., the same year. In 1982, the company's name was changed to Houston and Associates Realty. Houston remains a broker at the commercial real estate company to this day.

In addition to his work as a broker, Houston has been an active member in organized real estate over the years. He served on the Calgary Real Estate Board's board of directors from 1987 to 1990, and he was president of the board in 1989. In 1990, he also joined the board of the Alberta Real Estate Foundation.

Houston has been recognized by the Calgary Real Estate Board for his work by being named an Honourary Life Member of the board and receiving a Long Service Award in 2008.
