Armstrong Coulee

This coulee was used by the Armstrong family, who arrived in the Cypress Hills in 1897, as a hay and calf camp, a practice that was common to all the ranchers in the area. Most of the coulees leading off the beach were appointed to ranchers for similar uses.

Approximately 60 km south-east of Medicine Hat.
