The Aspenland Region in central Alberta has a wealth of towns and several cities.  While there is a growing sense of regional identity, people mostly connect with the towns and places where they live or from where they came.

Each place has stories about how it came to be and what is significant to the people living there.  The Women of Aspenland have been shaped by their communities as well as helping to shape them.
