Bombing and Gunnery School (B&GS)

Believe it or not this was a school! This school was used before and during World War II to train men to become air bombers or air gunners on fighter planes. The men spent 8 weeks learning how to drop bombs and fire guns before they went for another 12 weeks of training at the Air Observer School. At the Air Observer School the men learned navigation skills.
