Briosi, Andrew

You know about superheroes like Spiderman or Batgirl, but did you know that farmers have their own superheroes? Andrew Briosi was a superhero for farmers in Alberta. He didn't shoot wheat out of his wrist or jump over grain elevators. He invented machines that made farming quicker and easier to do. Andrew Briosi got a spot in the Alberta Agriculture Hall of Fame, in 1982, for his inventions.
