Burrowing Owl

This is a type of Owl that likes to use holes in the ground for nests. They sometimes use gopher or badger holes or even fox dens to live in. In Alberta they are at risk of dying out. The Burrowing Owls like to eat beetles, grasshoppers, and mice.
