Forest Fire

In Alberta we have lots of forests. When there is no rain these forests get very dry and can start on fire easily. Forest fires usually start because people who go camping are sometimes careless with their campfires or cigarettes. Sometimes all it takes to start a fire is a broken piece of glass. The sunlight is reflected onto the dry grass and whoosh it goes up in flames! Not all forest fires start because of humans. Lightening striking a tree can be the cause of a forest fire. Remember to be careful the next time you go camping in the forest.
