Gas Deposits

This what happens when you eat too many beans! The beans deposit gas in your belly and then you release it, making everyone in the room plug their nose. This is partly true because there is what we call "methane"(a type of gas) in that gas! A gas deposit is really a mixture of gases that is trapped underground. Oil workers have to use drilling machines to get at it. There are two basic types of natural gas in Alberta-sweet and sour gas. I'm sure you have smelled the sour type before!
