Holmes Crossing

Holmes Crossing Natural Area is located just southwest of Fort Assiniboine, along the south bank of the Athabasca River. The area is home to many different types of trees and wildlife. Holmes Crossing is enjoyed by many visitors in all seasons. Activities include nature hikes, berry picking, picnicking, fishing, hunting, horseback riding, cross-country skiing and snowmobiling.
