Rocky Flat

This is a large, open flat adjacent to Pekisko Creek. Dr. Brian Burke suggested this locally well-established name and stated that the flat is called Rocky Flat because of the boulders strewn across it. The name was officially approved 25 September 1979.

Approximately 30 km south south-west of Turner Valley.
