Mr. Bennett explains the order of construction and how all the pieces of the hanger went together. He explains it in a step-by-step basis, how they assembled the columns and beams one-by-one, then move to the cables. He also explains why it had to be assembled in this order to protect it from the effects of the wind at various stages of construction.
