OJS site not opening from another country

OJS site not opening from another country

I have OJS 2.4.2 and its not opening from another country it says

Oops! we could not connect to ***.****.***.**

When I talked to the server they said, its software fault, they dont' have error in their side.

I would be grateful, if you could suggest me further.

Note: I could open few pages and after that it can't be accessed.

Hi ang2el,

OJS doesn't restrict based on the incoming IP address in that way. It sounds like a routing issue or possibly a firewall one. It would be helpful if you could provide the address of the OJS installation for testing purposes.
