Episode 65: Lost & Found

The full transcript of evidence from the 1939 Black Friday Bushfires Royal Commission was recently rediscovered at the University of Melbourne’s Creswick campus, providing a compelling insight into the Royal Commission and fire management practices of 70 years ago.  The similarities and differences between the fires, and the past and current Royal Commission were discussed at a recent public seminar, and Visions was there to capture the examination.
