Ok so a little update about this bike. It's been working great except for the lean spot in the low end during boost. No more! I reshaped the stock needle and immediately got the long lost torque back. The difference is massive thru the whole range! Now it pulls like mad no matter what rpm . i need to shape another needle beacause now it's slightly rich on stady light throttle but without any problems, so it's mostly economical problem.

If somebody has a spare stock needle for the carb slide, let me know and i'll by it. It's freakin 51€ here in finland and by letter it would be cheap to send. Used or new, doesn't matter. Thanks!
Maby next week i'll dyno the bike again

Hey that's a pretty damn impressive scooter you got there. I'm sure someone will be able to help with the needle you need.

Do you have any trouble with engine cooling? Looks like the turbo plumbing could block some airflow. Are you monitoring oil temps.. if so curious what temp changes you got between turbo vs stock?

Also, how much more difficult would it be doing this on an FI model?

Littlebull i'll take it. Will pm you soon, thank you!
About the temperatures, i haven't checked. The engine needs the same time to warm up thou. Most likely it has some negative effect on cooling, but the oilcooler helps. And lucky for me the summers aren't that hot here.
About turboing EFI i would ask from guys that have installed aerocharger on harleys. Thay have a simple EFI and i think that they have to install a bulk program in and you can't change parts very easily and they have been made for that system specificly. I understand that they use Alpha-n wich means that they just have one fuelmap that works well with correct parts, but it can't really adapt to changes.
I believe it would be better to consult from somebody with info about Microsquirt ECU knowledge. Same as Megasquirt but smaller and made better for motorcycles. Those things can do pretty much anything in capable hands

Usually it't the other way around, that everything has already been done in other countries but thanks to Finland of stupid rules we get left behind. I'd like to see a turbokit for R*, so i'm wondering if i could work with Proboost a local motorcycle turboshop to create a sellable kit. Don't know if it would be expensive for a small amouny of kits .

I don't know either Ypsilon but what a great idea!! I don't know if a turbo kit that is bike specific is patentable but you could check that out first. With or without patent if you got a deal to make a 100 kits for proboost who cares as long as they pay you well. Or maybe they pay you handsomely for one complete kit to copy?
