Fabricating the Axle

The axle’s job is threefold:

It must pivot to allow the pulley to rotate.
It must connect to the stock TPS so the pulley’s movement will create a corresponding movement in the TPS.
It must have pivot shoulders to rest against its bushings. The shoulders control the side-play of the axle.
