Do you think he was a gang member? The reason I ask is that we had gotten word in my MC that there was a gang coming into Florida that was running bikes off the road as initiation and intimidation. Nobody had any proof or any evidence to back it up but, it was something we were told to be on the look out for when riding. Let me know if you need anything we're only a few hours from one and another. Also, my club has a chapter in Sanford that would surely assist a fellow Marine too. That is unbelievable to think that there are people like that in the world. Was there any attempt of an explanation on his part at all? Anyway, as others have said...prosecute as much as you can.
