Gotta agree with Curt here. This dude is clearly a POS, and he deserves to receive the same fate he attempted to dish out. But nothing good will come of intervening in this case. Besides, the world has a way of working these things out on its own. This guy has made his bed...

Please don't take any personal action on this. Our primary concern is making sure that those who live in the vicinity know who he is and recognize him on the road. We need to protect ourselves from people who will try to kill us simply for riding motorcycles, but he is now in the hands of a higher authority that can be sure he has time to think this over.

We are all pissed off, he almost killed one of our members and that could have been any of us, but we are not vigilantes. We are friends who congregate on an internet site and talk about our rides. Lets let the law take care of him. They can house him appropriately and give him time to really think this over. They will also provide roommates for companionship. I can not think of a better outcome. You never know, he might meet some riders in there and learn a little sensitivity to biker issues. GNR10 came out of this alive (due to his own skill alone) and even though we all feel the offense the damage so far is limited to the bike.

Lets get the word out to our friends and other riders so they know who he is, and let the rest take care of itself.

All well and good, but I think that someone ought to go and see to it that his "weapon" has been put out of commission, so that he doesn't have any opportunity to try this again... and I do mean his Infinity.

Should he understand how that came about, he might think again before trying to do so with any other "weapon" he might come into the possession of.
