https://vimeo.com/174556112 did a test pull on 3rd. Damn hard to film and the quality is crap on free upload pages. Maby i'll get a set of grip warmers soon and a new starter rebuild kit.

just added a few pictures to IMGur. You can see the oil lines, intercooler, and some other stuff.

Okay so I did the drilling under the diaphram. Didn't fix the enrichment problem I had, but it keeps AFR much better now. Next step could be to change the needle into a model that enriches faster....

Thanks! Does anybody know if it's true that 2001 models with 1600 bore have forged pistons? One site suggests that from there on the pistons are forged with 8,3:1 . Don't even know about the OEM pistons of this 1999 model except that the bore and stroke are the same with even 8,3:1 OR 8,7:1 . Just thinking about using OEM pistons if there are forged ones, since all the aftermarket ones rise the compression ratio over 9 or even 10 wich is not good for turbo setup.

I wanna do a little survey. IF there were a turbokit like mine (finetuned to work through the powerband), do you think there would be buyers for it? As much a plug and play as possible with istructions. The price is still open, but we have a company here in our town that creates turbosystems for every possible platform from hayabusas, harleys to snowmobiles and delievers over the world. I could maby work with them to make a complete set.
So if any of you have some info about possible customers, I could ask more from the company

In euros I could think it would go near 1500-2000e without intercooler (which isn't a must) or the oilcooler (which isn't a must either). One big expence would be the PLX wideband since it's really good to have, due to the fact that elevation can affect the air mixture a bit. And of course clutch needs to be changed.
