I'm pretty sure on a stock back rim, you can go up to a 160/80/16

jamie99roadstar is right 160/80/16 is the largest size rear tire you can put on a stock rim without any modifications to the fender. If you try to go with any larger tire it will only look taller NOT wider because of the way the rim is made.

As far as painting the whitewall any flat spray paint will work. I believe they do make a special paint for tires but, don't know where you would get it. My friend used Rustoleom on his and it worked.

Can anyone tell me the widest/biggest tire I can install on my stock mag wheel after doing the fat tire mod on the fender/swingarm? can I do a 180 tire?

You can do a 180 but the tire is too wide for the stock rim so the sidewalls get pulled in. An improperly mounted 180 is only slightly larger than a properly mounted 160 .... you would not notice the difference between the two on a stock rim. Doc
