Welcome Rockman... I'm sure you'll find people in your area. Lots of info here too. Love that paint... I think you're the first on here with it, not sure. I've been looking at those at the yami dealer here.. very sharp.

Hello to all. I've been following your advice, stories and "friendly" ribbing here on the forums since last fall. Seems like a great bunch of folks and figured I better join. Name is David and I'm in Davisburg, Michigan..about 60 miles North of Detroit. Bought my '99 Roadie last fall, absolutely LOVE it. I'm the 3rd owner, the last owner hardly rode her, only logged 1000 miles in 3 years...I've logged almost 3K since last fall!! She's got 16K total on her now...just had the trans recall done and I will post a story about that when I have some time....suffice it to say it has NOT been a pleasant dealer experience. I had not ridden in 20 years when I got the Roadie, spent my prevoious bike years mostly on hard tails...still tense up when I see bumps....these bikes ride and handle so nice, I'm getting spoiled in a hurry! Looking forward to joining in. Regards, David
