There is 12 volts to all 4 when ignition is on. And with the switch pushed the one closest to the battery terminal drops to like 2 volts

Had the Battery load tested. They said it was good.

You said earlier the large terminal going to the starter does not have 12 volts when the starter button is engaged.
But you have 12 volts to all 4 terminals on the starter relay/solenoid, with only the ignition on???

OK, you jumped the solenoid, and the bike turned over fine. So we have enough juice in the battery to start the bike.

When you measure at the little terminals, you are looking for 12 volts, with the negative meter lead on ground, and then putting the positive lead on the little terminals looking for 12 volts.

Is that how you are measuring?
