No it wasn't a gun fight at the OK corral. I put the pipes and the tank on the bike this morning and up at a quarter to 12 so at 12 noon I fired it up for the first time since early June. It cranked on the second try and sounded good, no leaks oil pressure good so I will let it cool off pull the rocker covers (just 4 bolts in each) and recheck the valves. Button it up completely and check the air in the tires polish it up and take it for a ride Wednesday. Tomorrow I have to take my mom to the doctors then grocery shopping. Sure is good to have it back together.

Awesome!! We'll get to see "Black Ice" in Celina.

As for your Mom, I'm sure she'll enjoy the ride better with a passenger seat. LOL
