Help. Baron jet kit air fuel mix screw. 1 Year, 4 Months ago
I think I screwed up.

Baron jet out arrived today and I started.
Read instruction carefully and drilled to removed air rule mixture screw cover.
It was tough on cordless makita drill and I was pressing it then pop.
Tried to removed with self tapping screw, but cover does not come off only screw.

i might damaged air rule screw under the cover......

What is my option here?
I was thinking about getting baron hand screw air fule fixture, but I need to remove fover and stock air fuel screw first.

Thanks.

Do like snake told you if you get a good enough grip on the plug you rock from side to side while pulling up it will come out. As for the screw under it if you have messed it up bad enough so a small screw driver won't work on it then you can get a scribe or small sharp pointed al or your wife's sewing machine needle. Push hard on one side and push the needle or al in a direction pushing to unscrew the PMS. Be careful not to loose the small O-Ring (may be stuck in the hole) the small washer under the O-Ring (also stuck in the hole) or the spring that is under the washer. If the screw is in bad shape then PM me your full Mailing address as I have several of them and will snail mail one to you. OR you can get yourself a Barons Extended screw which I highly recommend. Good Luck.

There are two brass plugs in that area. The correct one is in an extension that protrudes from the carb body and has a small hole in the middle. The wrong one is down flush with the carb body. Mine was very easy to drill through and pulled right out with a metal screw.
