Not sure if this is directed at me? Mine are 16" x 1 1/4" mounted on a stock 1 piece riser with internal wiring. They made a huge difference in the comfort level. I bought the cables and brake line through Tim B at metric magic. I don't remember how much longer than stock the cables were.

Ar. Hillbilly nice apes I was thinking about 14 inch bars for mine. But not a lot of bikes like ours in Oklahoma to look at . I'm still trying to find out what parts would be needed to convert it.

You will need the apes, longer throttle cables (I just used the pull cable) and a longer brake line from the master cylinder to the T. If you buy HD bars you may need to remove some material on the ends of a stock 1 piece riser (on 1 1/4 bars only) as the spacing on the HD bars is slightly narrower than on Yamaha bars. I extended the wiring inside the bars on mine. The bars I bought were predrilled for this. I had to drill a hole in the bottom of the riser to run the wires through. To use 14's You will need cables, longer brake line and longer wires. We're having a Meet & Greet in Eureka Springs Arkansas October 7th 8th & 9th. You're officially invited and From Eureka Springs Ar.
