Wee-teen chased cows on dirt bike. 55 now. Wife started at 53, 55 now and we did about 1200 mi the last 3 days.

4th of July I turn 51, been riding since I was 18, Had a Kawasaki 650z back in the 80's took a break from riding and 5 years ago I got my 03 R* and been lovin it since.

only roadie support, had another old sporty basket for couple years age 37-40 never got it together,

sold to brother in law was money pit and had no money to fix. I think I just wanted to have a bike even if it was in basket a some day bike?

48 this year, started riding mini bikes when I was 10. 1st bike kawasaki 100 enduro
with dual trans and chrome fenders. 1st lesson: use fork lock, Why you ask ? It was stolen
off my porch with my dad sleeping 10 ft from it. Only had that bike a year and I still miss
it, never seen another like it. Went to dirt bikes later then marriage and kids. Came back to riding
after 20yrs, 1st bike after come back 89 V-Max now the Roadie. Don't know how I stayed away so
long ?
