Mi has a lemon law but I'm sure he don't meet the requirements to use the lemon law yet.

You're right Dave in California it's three times for the same problem

Michigan does have lemon laws. 30 consecutive days in the shop or 3 repairs for the same thing in a period of time (i think 6 months or 1 year)

Next teusday will start week 3

What did they give you for a loaner? I hope they didn't give you a rental car where you have to pay extra for insurance to cover loss of use if you get into an accident. They tried that with me 1 time when my trans went out on a Dodge Journey at less than 10K. I told them to F off and they ended up giving me a demo loaner. I had to cause a little scene out by the sales floor but screw um I already was making payments on the car and insurance.

They gave me another charger but not a scat pack. They have a few cars that they rent out but with my car being under warrenty they wave the rental fee.

They also would have waived the rental fee on the one they wanted to give me but if you didn't pay extra for rental insurance you would be responsible for the loss of rental use in the event of an accident. In other words you would have to pay a daily rental fee while the car was in the body shop for repair. Hell they wanted just over $10 a day for the insurance.

Let us know if they figure something out.
The bad part is that they can throw parts at it,( but depending on how cold it has to be to have the issue) you may not know for a while if the problem is still there.
My last 2012 ram truck would turn off the heat and only blow cold AC (even when turned to heat) when it got to about -10° out. It did it the first time and they had to reprogram the AC... seemed to work fine until the next winter when it got cold again and repeated the same problem. They fixed it again. but it never got that cold out again until after I got rid of it for my 2016 ram.
Good luck.

Should have bought a Chevy! I do like some Fords and Dodges but prefer the bowtie.

Just something to throw at you. With the factory remote start if the fuel level is low the engine will start but shut off shortly after. If the level in yours is high and still doing it, it might have to deal with the fuel saftey on the remote start system. Fuel level senser for this system should at least be looked at too. Something in the program for saftey start is not working correctly.
